| Press announcement from the meeting of the Commission for Banking Supervision, held on January 8, 2003
The Commission for Banking Supervision, at the meeting held on January 8, 2003, authorised DaimlerChrysler AG with the registered office in Stuttgart to exercise its right to cast more than 75 per cent of votes at the General Shareholders Meetings of DaimlerChrysler Services (debis) Bank Polska S.A. of Warszawa.
The Commission for Banking Supervision also approved the appointment of the following persons to the following positions: - Mr Ronald Richardson to the position of President of the Management Board of Fortis Bank Polska S.A. with registered office in Warszawa,
- Mr Lech Gajewski to the position of President of the Management Board of Nykredit Bank Hipoteczny S.A. with registered office in Warszawa,
- Ms Jadwiga Jasińska-Ścisłowska to the position of member of the Management Board of Nykredit Bank Hipoteczny S.A. with registered office in Warszawa,
- Mr Maciej Ryszard Obroniecki to the position of member of the Management Board of Credit Lyonnais Bank Polska S.A. with registered office in Warszawa,
- Mr Ryszard Szetela to the position of President of the Management Board of Bank Spółdzielczy in Biecz,
- Ms Danuta Mynarska to the position of President of the Management Board of Bank Spółdzielczy in Bielsko-Biała,
- Mr Adam Hofman to the position of President of the Management Board of Spółdzielczy Bank Ludowy in Kępno,
