The meeting of the Commission for Banking Supervision held on 8 March 2006 On 8 March 2004, the Commission for Banking Supervision (CBS) commenced to consider the motion for the issue of permit to exercise the voting rights by UniCredito Italiano S.p.A. based in Genua at the AGM of BPH SA and it will continue to consider this issue at an extraordinary meeting on 15 March. The Commission for Banking Supervision decided not to grant the Treasury Minister the right to participate as a Party in the proceedings run by the CBS on the motion submitted by UniCredito Italiano S.p.A.
