Personnel Department

The Personnel Department performs tasks related to personnel matters, staff compensation, employment, training and staff welfare at Narodowy Bank Polski.
The tasks of the Personnel Department also include:
- overseeing compliance with the provisions of the labour code,
- analysing needs in the area of training, planning and organising training events for employees,
- analysing and evaluating information suggesting possible infringement of the Code of Ethics of NBP Employees,
- responsibilities in the area of public law settlements related to taxes (PIT), social insurance contributions (ZUS) and contributions to PFRON (State Fund for the Rehabilitation of the Disabled).
