At the meeting on January 18th, 2001, the Commission for Banking Supervision approved the appointment of: - Mr. Andrzej Krasuski to the position of the Management Board Chairman of Prosper Bank S.A. with a seat in Warsaw,
- Mr. Maciej Stanczuk to the position of the Management Board Chairman of Westdeutsche Landesbank Polska S.A. with a seat in Warsaw,
- Mr. Tomasz Maciejewski to the position of the member of the Management Board of Westdeutsche Landesbank Polska S.A. with a seat in Warsaw,
- Mr. Krzysztof Piatkowski to the position of the member of the Management Board of LUKAS Bank Swietokrzyski S.A. with a seat in Kielce.
The Commission for Banking Supervision has issued a permission for BRE Bank S.A. with a seat in Warsaw to take the shares of Bank Czestochowa S.A. with a seat in Czestochowa, which authorize the holder to 75% voting rights at the General Shareholders' Meeting of the Bank.
The Commission for Banking Supervision has issued a permission to establish a bank with the following name: "MHB Bank Polska Spółka Akcyjna" with a seat in Warsaw.
