At the meeting on May 8, 2002 the Commission for Banking Supervision issued permission to: - Bank Polskiej Spoldzielczosci S.A. with a seat in Warsaw to exercise over 25% voting rights, yet not more than 33% voting rights, at the Shareholders' General Meeting of Dolnoslaski Bank Regionalny S.A. with a seat in Wroclaw,
- Bank Polskiej Spoldzielczosci S.A. with a seat in Warsaw to exercise over 10% voting rights, yet not more than 20% voting rights, at the Shareholders' General Meeting of Bank Gospodarki Zywnosciowej S.A. with a seat in Warsaw.
